Jujube Fruit Management Must Strengthen "Two Preventions"

First, prevent cracking fruit

Most varieties of jujube will suffer fruit cracking during the mature period, and the loss caused by cracking fruit will often account for 10% to 30% of the jujube output. The fruit cracking occurred in the brittleness period from the beginning of fruit coloring to full redness, and mostly to the fruit formed in the early flowering stage of medium-maturing varieties that began to be colored in the middle and early September. Ripening early-maturing, late-maturing and late-maturing varieties before the beginning of September and mature late-maturing varieties in October and late-maturing varieties formed fruit with few cracks. The year in which the cracking occurred was the year when the rainy season ended early and in mid-August to early September. When the rainy season is over, there are drought years from mid-August to early September, and even if it is easy to crack the fruit, there will be few cracks or even cracks.

The main measures to prevent cracking: 1 Select the best varieties for planting anti-crack fruit, which is the fundamental measure to solve the cracking fruit; 2 from the end of July, spray 3 g/kg calcium chloride solution every 15 days until harvesting, or In the middle and late August, the fruit surface is sprayed with 50 to 100 times lime water solution; from early March to early September, when drought and irrigation are applied, the soil moisture content is kept stable at 12% to 14%, which can be covered by grass, straw, or straw. Method to reduce water evaporation under the crown, and timely drainage and flood control, so that the soil moisture content is stable, can greatly reduce the rate of cracking: 4 easy to crack the fruit varieties can be harvested in the white mature process in time to avoid loss caused by cracking.

Second, prevent pre-harvest fruit

After the jujube fruit begins to color, the unripe fruit drop phenomenon often occurs, which is called pre-harvest fruit drop.

1. Naphthalene acetic acid. The method of use is to spray 50-70 mg/kg Naphthalene Acetate or Naphthyl Acetate solution for 10 to 15 days before the late whitening and fruit ripening. When the spray is applied, it is required that the fruit surface and the fruit stalk be fully covered with medicines to delay the disintegration time of the detached cells of the pedicel, so that the fruits can reach normal maturity and be harvested. Naphthalene acetic acid had no adverse effects on fruit quality. Indole acetic acid can not be directly dissolved in water, should be used before using a small amount of alcohol or naphthalene acetic acid with water and alkali dissolved completely, and then diluted with water to use the concentration. For example, 5 g of naphthalene acetic acid plus 50 ml of 95% alcohol is shaken to completely dissolve it, and then poured into 100 kg of clear water, and homogenized to obtain an aqueous solution of naphthaleneacetic acid having a concentration of 5 mg/kg. Naphthlenate mother liquor dissolved with alcohol can be stored. When spraying, a certain amount of naphthalene acetate mother liquor can be directly diluted with water. Dissolving naphthalene acetic acid with alkali, first naphthalene acetic acid into a large beaker, add a small amount of water heated to boiling, and then slowly adding a little amount of food base, and constantly stirring, until naphthalene acetic acid is completely dissolved, stop heating, cooling can be Water dilutes the spray cloth. When adding alkali, do not add all the boiling water at one time to prevent the release of a large amount of carbon dioxide bubbles, so that the liquid overflows the beaker. Naphthyl acetate can be directly dissolved in water and is more convenient to use than nicosic acid. Naphthalene acetic acid and naphthalene acetic acid sodium can be mixed with neutral pesticides and urea, but can not be mixed with alkaline pesticides, Bordeaux mixture.

2. Spray anti-dropping agent. Application of 10 ~ 20 mg / kg concentration of anti-dropping agent (ie, chlorophenoxy acetic acid) to prevent pre-harvest jujube fruit drop also has a good effect, spraying time with naphthalene acetic acid.

3. Ripening and harvesting. After spraying plant growth regulators such as naphthalene acetic acid, the harvesting period of jujube tree will be postponed appropriately, and the stems will be grafted to increase the difficulty of harvesting. If this happens, harvest time can be delayed or 200 mg/kg ethephon can be used for ripening and harvesting.
