The maintenance steps of the mixer are as follows:
1 The machine needs to be used frequently. The speed reducer must be replaced with new oil every three months. When replacing, the gear unit should be cleaned and new oil added.
2 Equipment parts are regularly inspected 1-2 times a month. The inspection parts are worm gears, worms, bearings, oil seals. Whether the running parts are flexible and the fasteners are loose. If abnormal conditions are found, they should be dealt with in time.
3 During the use of the machine, if the machine is found to be abnormally vibrated or an abnormal sound is heard, stop the machine immediately.
4 Electrical control parts should be kept clean and sensitive, and faults should be repaired in time.
5 When mixing and disassembling the slurry, it should be lightly disassembled, stabilized and lightly placed to avoid deformation and damage.
6 After the machine is used, the residual materials of all parts of the machine should be brushed. The long-term deactivation time is long. The machine must be wiped clean. The surface of the machine is coated with anti-rust oil and covered with a tarpaulin.
