Finally, gently crack the eggshells without peeling them off, then place the eggs into the brine. Seal the container tightly and let it sit at room temperature for 5 to 6 days. The longer they soak, the more flavorful they become. After a few days, the eggs will be ready to eat. They can be enjoyed cold, straight from the brine, or even warmed up for a different texture.
