First, maintenance cleaning:
1. When cleaning steel or cast iron parts, it is common to use an aqueous solution containing 10% caustic soda and 0.2% emulsifier, heated above 90°C. The parts are then boiled for about 30 minutes. To enhance the grease removal effect, the solution should be stirred regularly. After removing the parts from the hot alkaline solution, use a cloth or brush to remove the saponified residue. Finally, rinse with hot water at 60°C–80°C and allow them to air dry. For parts with small holes, compressed air can be used for drying.
2. For aluminum alloy parts, avoid using strong alkali solutions, as they can cause corrosion. Instead, use a milder solution containing 1% caustic soda and 0.4% emulsifier. This helps prevent damage while still effectively cleaning the surface.
3. Rubber and leather components such as seals, gaskets, and oil rings must never be cleaned in alkaline or acidic solutions. If necessary, spot cleaning with a dry cloth or mild solvent may be acceptable, but immersion is strictly prohibited.
4. Precision parts like plungers, fuel injectors, and bearings should be cleaned with diesel or gasoline only. Alkaline water is not suitable for these delicate components, as it can cause damage or degradation over time.
Second, engine carbon removal:
Mechanical removal of carbon deposits:
1. Using a metal brush or scraper is a common method. Special brushes or scrapers are designed according to the shape of the part. These can be mounted on a drill to remove carbon buildup, or special scrapers can be used manually. While this method is straightforward, it may not reach tight areas and can scratch the surface, potentially creating new sites for future carbon accumulation.
2. The walnut shell blasting method involves using dried and crushed walnut or apricot shells, which are then blown through a hose under high pressure (392–490 kPa) to remove carbon deposits without damaging the part's surface. This method is effective and less abrasive compared to other mechanical techniques.
Chemical removal of carbon deposits:
This process involves soaking the parts in a chemical solution for a set period, allowing the carbon to soften and loosen. Once removed, use a brush or cotton to wipe away the softened deposits. Afterward, rinse the parts thoroughly with hot water to ensure all residues are cleared.
Third, cooling system scale removal:
For scales composed mainly of calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate, an 8%–10% hydrochloric acid solution is recommended. To prevent corrosion, add a corrosion inhibitor like maltotropine at 3%–4% per liter of solution. Keep the solution temperature between 50°C and 60°C, and soak the parts for 50–70 minutes. After treatment, neutralize any remaining acid by rinsing with a solution containing 5g/L of potassium chromate or by injecting a 5% caustic soda solution into the water jacket. Rinse thoroughly with clean water until neutralized.
For silicate-based scale deposits, a 2%–3% caustic soda solution at 30°C is used. Soak the parts for 8–10 hours, then rinse with clean water. This method is gentle yet effective for removing stubborn mineral deposits.

A laser hair growth cap, also known as a laser hair therapy cap or laser hair regrowth cap, is a wearable device that uses low-level laser therapy (LLLT) to stimulate hair growth. It is designed to treat hair loss and promote hair regrowth in individuals experiencing hair thinning or balding.
The cap contains multiple laser diodes or LEDs that emit red or near-infrared light. When the cap is worn on the head, the lasers or LEDs penetrate the scalp and stimulate the hair follicles. This stimulation promotes blood circulation, increases cell metabolism, and triggers hair growth.
Laser hair growth caps are typically used for a specified duration per session, usually around 20-30 minutes, a few times per week. The treatment duration can vary depending on the individual's needs and the specific cap model.
It is important to note that laser hair growth caps are not a guaranteed solution for hair loss, and results may vary from person to person. They are often used in conjunction with other hair loss treatments, such as medications or topical solutions, for more comprehensive results.
