It’s been four years since IMC last participated in an in-person event, and that was the final NAFEM show. Fast forward to 2023, and we’ve come full circle with the latest edition of NAFEM. It's truly exciting to be back on the road and engaging with our community once again.
For this week’s blog, we wanted to express our gratitude to everyone who supported us throughout the event. We also want to share some insights into what we learned and how it shapes our vision for the future of IMC. This is our reflection from the show.
To Our Representatives
The breakfast meeting was a huge success and a lot of fun! It was great to see so much energy in the room. Many of you had been away for a while, and it was refreshing to reconnect with familiar faces. For those new to the team, it was a pleasure to finally meet in person after so many virtual interactions over the past few years!
We believe the meeting was both productive and informative, especially in setting our focus for 2023 and beyond. Thank you all for coming out and for your continued support. We hope you found the session helpful and valuable for your work.
To The Visitors at the Booth
The pandemic kept us apart for a long time, but it was great to see everyone in person again. So many people came by our booth, showing real interest in our products. Some were looking for quick advice, others were open to one-on-one training, and many wanted to know what we have planned for the year ahead.
We are deeply grateful for the ongoing support from our trusted consultants and dealers. It was heartwarming to see their positive reactions during the event.
Our Seepage Flange Learning Center was a big hit at the booth, offering valuable information for upcoming projects. We hope visitors left with a better understanding of floor troughs and the different types of seepage flanges available.
Of course, the products themselves were the real stars of the show. Our display focused heavily on hygienic solutions like hand and utility sinks, which remain essential due to ongoing health concerns. We were thrilled to see such strong interest in these items. Other popular products included the 2-compartment sink and mop sink cabinets—always a crowd favorite.
And let’s not forget the cookie giveaway! It was a big hit, and we want to thank the amazing bakers and artists who brought our vision to life with delicious treats for everyone.
What’s Next for IMC?
Now that the event has passed, we’re focusing our sales and marketing efforts on promoting the newly launched products showcased at the booth. We were thrilled with the positive response and believe these products can fit perfectly into any commercial setting. We're also ramping up our digital presence, especially through YouTube, with more educational content and presentations throughout the year.
