Pregnant females should be given extra mealworms, soil worms, fly larvae, and some meat-based feeds. Ensure that all scorpions have access to plenty of fresh water at all times.
After the summer heat arrives, temperatures rise significantly. To keep the environment comfortable, regularly spray water in the active areas of the scorpions to lower the temperature and increase humidity. Spraying should be done daily, and if the weather is mild, you can extend it up to 3–5 days. Additionally, use 0.1% potassium permanganate solution for disinfection to prevent scorpion poisoning. Avoid using quicklime, as it can be harmful to the scorpions.
