After the mycelium has covered the bag, it is timely moved to the proper temperature cultivation room to stand upright. At this stage, the temperature is preferably 8°C-18°C. The collar is removed and the bag mouth is opened. The upper end of the plastic bag must be 1.5 cm long. Some of the sleeves are made of a sleeve covered with newspapers, and newspapers are often kept moist to maintain 85-95% humidity. After the mushroom camp grows, do not rush to remove the newspaper until the stipe grows to 10 centimeters or pick it up again to obtain high-quality, high-yield products. At moderate temperatures, harvesting can take about one to two weeks. After harvesting the first batch of mushrooms, the material surface should be cleaned, and the old dead mycelium should be dug out to a thin layer and covered with newspapers again. The second batch of mushrooms, generally out of 2-4 batches of mushrooms.
(6) The harvested stipe can grow to 10-20 cm, and the cap can be harvested when it is expanded 1-2 cm.
