The method of changing the tide seven times

Flammulina Turnover refers to the whole process from the end of tidal mushroom picking to the formation of the next tidal mushroom. The duration of the tidal time directly affects the total output of the mushroom. After many years of practice, researchers from the Institute of Edible Fungi, Binhai County, Jiangsu Province, summed up the following seven methods:
1. Clean up the material surface in time. The fruit body covers a diameter of 1 to 1.5 cm and the stipe length is 14 to 15 cm. After harvesting, the residual mushroom stems and mushrooms on the material surface shall be promptly removed, the old mycelia of the compaction on the individual material surface shall be eliminated, the mechanical damage shall be minimized, and the original mushroom base shall be protected.
2. Properly ventilated to reduce humidity. In the mushrooming stage, in order to receive high-quality velvet mushroom with small cover, long handle, light color, and rich tenderness, it is generally covered with a layer of plastic film on the mushroom bag to ensure the required humidity for growth of the mushroom and create a high concentration of carbon dioxide. Micro-environment. However, the high humidity and high carbon dioxide concentration are not conducive to renewing the buds. It is necessary to remove the membranes in the morning and evening to ventilate and ventilate them so that they can form the original foundation as soon as possible and accelerate the tide transition.
3. Give faint light. Flammulina velutipes can form mushroom primordium in dark environment, but the number of primordium forming in dark environment is much less than that in weak light scattering environment. Therefore, it is necessary to give certain scattered light at the time of turning tide. The “three-point positive, seven-point negative” environment can speed up the differentiation of mushroom primordium to form mushroom buds.
4. Reasonably regulate the temperature. The optimum temperature for forming the primordium of the mushroom is 13-15°C. If the temperature is high, you can increase the amount of water spray in the empty room, and fully ventilate and cool. It should be noted that when the temperature is high, the humidity can not be too large, otherwise it will cause the mushroom legs to become dark and increase the villus and cause diseases. If the temperature is low, you can spray hot water or mushroom house heating, so as not to delay the formation of mushroom base due to excessive temperature difference, affecting the growth of mushroom bud is not conducive to the tide.
5. The material is not dry. The moisture content of the culture material must reach 65% to 70% in order to ensure the normal growth of mushroom and smooth turn of tide in the later period. If the culture material is relatively dry, add more fresh water to the bag at one time, and pour excess water after 2 to 4 hours. Add 50 to 100 ml to each bag.
6. U-turn after harvest. After the first tidal mushroom is picked, the U-turn mushrooming at the other end can speed up the tide and the yield is equal to that of the first tidal mushroom. However, it should be noted that the mycelium that is not thoroughly translucent or has bacterial infections should not be turned into a mushroom.
7. Prevent the surrounding mushrooms. Bag-infested mushroom often appears surrounded by mushrooms, with little or no mushroom in the middle. Adding 20% of wood chips to the culture medium not only prevents the surrounding mushrooms but also promotes the formation of mushroom primordia.
