The "Report" pointed out that in response to the anomalous fluctuations in prices of Chinese herbal medicines and asymmetric production and sales information in recent years, according to the requirements of the National Drug Distribution Industry Development Outline (2011-2015), in 2012, the Ministry of Commerce established key varieties of Chinese herbal medicines. The circulation analysis system provides the government and industry with basic information on the circulation of Chinese herbal medicines and promotes the healthy development of the Chinese herbal medicine industry.

The publication of the "Report" has changed the situation of the lack of authoritative statistical information on the circulation of Chinese herbal medicines for a long time. The statistical data of planting area and production of 29 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines come from the business and agriculture and forestry departments of 104 Chinese herbal medicine producing areas; the market circulation of Chinese herbal medicines comes from 13 professional markets of Chinese medicinal materials (see Table 3 in the attached list); there are 6 Chinese herbs The professional web site (listed in Schedule 4) participated in the supplementary reporting of relevant data.

II. Price of planting and producing areas of 29 key Chinese herbal medicines in 2011 The planting area, harvested area, yield, and climatic conditions of 29 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines in 2011 will be used as basic data and can be used to compare with the changes in the planting conditions of Chinese herbal medicines in subsequent years. Publishes the increase or decrease in the planting area of ​​Chinese herbal medicines and makes industrial early warning.

(a) Rhizome herbs.

There are 22 kinds of root and stem herbs in this statistics, accounting for 76% of the first batch of monitored varieties. Respectively: Ginseng, Panax Notoginseng, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, rhubarb, yam, heterophylla, Yuanhu, Salvia, Gastrodia elata, Pinellia, Angelica, Licorice, Rehmannia, Angelica, Ophiopogon japonicus, Cortex Mouttuyniae, Fuzi, Magnolia, Codonopsis, Coptis chinensis, Huang Hao, Huang Hao. The reason for taking the rhizomes as the first monitoring point is that these herbs have the characteristics of relatively long planting cycle, non-sustainable harvesting, and relatively easy to hype. In recent years, the varieties with abnormal price fluctuations are mainly rhizomes. Ginseng is mainly planted in Jilin, Heilongjiang and Liaoning provinces. According to the circulation analysis system for key varieties of Chinese herbal medicines, in 2011, the national ginseng planting area was 19,830 mu, of which 4,599 mu was harvested and the output was 2,680 tons. Due to the different ginseng's grading price, it is impossible to give an accurate price. This statistic provides the average reference price of origin, which is about 285.8 yuan/kg.

Sanqi is mainly planted in Yunnan and Guangxi. In 2011, the existing planting area of ​​Sanqi in the two provinces was 167609 mu, of which the harvested area was 4,745 mu and the yield was 475 tons. The average reference price of producing areas was approximately 276.7 yuan per kg.

Especially when a sudden epidemics such as influenza A and influenza are encountered, prices will rise irrationally. According to the circulation analysis system of key varieties of Chinese herbal medicines, the main producing areas of honeysuckle in Shandong, Henan, and Hebei had a planting area of ​​288,000 mu in 2011, a harvested area of ​​206,000 mu and a yield of 17,445 tons. The average reference price of producing areas is 125 yuan/kg.

(3) Chinese herbal medicines.

The statistics of the fruit category of Chinese medicinal materials include wolfberry, silymarin, hawthorn, and forsythia. (d) fungus medicines.
