How to drive a diesel car in summer

During the hot summer season, due to the hot weather, the diesel engine has a high temperature, which easily causes a drop in power and accelerates the abnormal wear of the diesel engine. The driving system and the road surface directly endanger the safety of driving due to the high temperature. Therefore, the following issues should be noted during use:

1. Note the temperature when the diesel engine is off. Pay attention to the working temperature of the diesel engine at any time. If the temperature is close to 100°C, you should stop and take a rest in the cool place to cool down the diesel engine at idle speed. After the temperature drops, turn off the engine. Do not turn off the engine at high temperatures to prevent damage to the cylinder wall, piston and piston rings. .

2. Pay attention to the use of cooling components. Frequently remove dust and debris from radiators and oil radiators of the cooling system. Check and adjust the tightness of the water pump drive belt to facilitate its performance. Always check the function of the silicone oil fan to ensure that it has good heat dissipation performance.

3. Pay attention to tire pressure. Check the tire pressure regularly according to the ambient air temperature to prevent explosion. If it is found that the air pressure is too high, the vehicle should be parked in a cool place to cool, and continue to travel until the air pressure returns to normal. However, it is not allowed to use deflation methods to reduce the tire pressure. This is because after the deflation, the tire deforms greatly, the heat generated by internal friction increases, and the temperature and air pressure will increase again, causing the tire to be damaged.

4. Pay attention to driving on special roads. Do not be careless when driving on asphalt roads under high temperature. As the asphalt is in a liquid state at high temperature, and the rubber temperature on the tire surface is also high, in this condition, the vehicle is likely to be slippery as it is on a muddy road. Affect the safe driving of the car. Therefore, drive the vehicle and do not hit the steering wheel or emergency brake. If you need to stop immediately, you can press the wheel on the dry side of the roadside, and then slowly step on the brake pedal to make the car stop safely and steadily.

5. Pay attention to the use of the power supply. The battery electrolyte density adjusted to meet the summer requirements, and often check the liquid level, timely addition of distilled water to the required standards.

6. Pay attention to the replacement of the lubricant. Use engine oil that meets the summer to avoid low oil viscosity at high temperatures, resulting in insufficient lubrication of the diesel engine lubrication system and difficulty in forming oil film to increase the wear of the diesel engine.

ETR Oxygen Cylinder Filling System

By PSA principles, ETR PSA oxygen generators generate 93%±2% purity oxygen gas directly from compressed air. ETR oxygen cylinder filling plant is consisted of Atlas Copco air compressor, Parker dryer and filters, air buffer tank, ETR Psa Oxygen Generator, oxygen buffer tank, oxygen receiver tank, diaphragm oxygen booster, filling station and control cabinet.

Compressed air is purified through the air dryer and filters to a certain level for main generator to work with. Air buffer is incorporated for smooth supply of compressed air thus to reduce fluctuation of compressed air source. The generator produces oxygen with PSA (pressure swing adsorption) technology, which is a time proven oxygen generation method. Oxygen of desired purity at 93%±2% is delivered to oxygen buffer tank for smooth supply of product gas. Oxygen in buffer tank is maintained at 4bar pressure, then reach to 150bar to filling cylinders with an oxygen booster.
