Remove and rinse with water repeatedly 3-4 times, each time 1-2 hours. After that, boil a pot of water first, then put the carrot strips in boiling water and boil for 15 minutes. Remove and rinse with cold water, cool and drain. Reconstitute the sugar solution with a concentration of 30%, boil, put the carrot into the boil for 8-10 minutes and then stop the fire. Let it stand for 4-6 hours and remove the carrot sticks. The leach liquor was reconstituted into a sugar solution with a concentration of 55%, 0.2% citric acid, 10% honey, and 0.5% osmanthus flower were added and boiled together. The carrots were cooked for 15-20 minutes. Sugar concentration of more than 65%, PH value of 3.9-4 can be ceased, let it stand 10-12 hours. Finally, the carrot strips of the draining sugar solution are baked on a baking tray. The baking temperature is preferably 60-70°C. When the radish sticks are not sticky, they can be slightly elastic. Finished water content does not exceed 18% -20%. Pay attention to moisture protection, pest control and sealing when packaging.
