1. Make sure all sprayer components are properly installed. Check every connection for air leaks. Before use, perform a test spray with clean water first, then add the pesticide. This helps ensure the system is working correctly and prevents clogging.
2. When using the sprayer for the first time, always add water before adding the chemical to avoid over-concentration. Ensure the liquid level does not exceed the safe mark on the tank. Before starting the spray, move the handle back and forth more than 10 times to build up pressure inside the barrel. Avoid applying too much force when pulling the trigger, as this could damage the air chamber or cause it to rupture.
3. During the initial use, the air chamber and spray boom may still contain some clear water, which can dilute the first few minutes of the spray. As a result, the concentration of the solution sprayed during the first 2–3 minutes may be lower than expected. Be cautious and avoid spraying areas that require precise pest control during this period.
4. After completing your spraying task, empty any remaining liquid from the tank immediately and rinse it thoroughly with clean water. Also, check the air chamber for any accumulated water. If there is water present, remove the water joint and drain the excess to prevent freezing or corrosion in future use.
5. If you're not going to use the sprayer for a short period, clean and dry all major parts before storing them in a cool, dry place. For long-term storage, apply a thin layer of lubricant to metal components to prevent rust and maintain the sprayer’s performance over time.
Proper maintenance and careful operation will significantly extend the life of your sprayer and ensure efficient, safe use. Always read the user manual carefully before operating the equipment for the first time.
