1. When the vacuum pump is running, the oil level should be 3/4 of the height of the oil window. If it is lower than the height of 1/2 oil window, the high-speed vacuum pump oil should be added in time. The oil level is too high or too low. The motor is unfavorable. 2, the machine should be placed horizontally, the environment should be well ventilated, the machine must be installed with a protective grounding wire, and often check whether the connection point is in good contact to ensure personal safety.

3. Before the machine works, the heating time and heating temperature must be set at the appropriate position. The principle of low to high should be mastered. The heat sealing time and temperature should not be set very long or high at one time to avoid burning the electric heating parts. Or PTFE seal varnish.

4. When the machine is working, it will emit abnormal noise, and the pointer of the vacuum gauge will not move, indicating that the running direction of the vacuum pump may be wrong. The phase of the three-phase power supply may be inconsistent with the factory phase, and should be shut down immediately, otherwise the vacuum pump may be easily damaged. In this case, you only need to change any two of the three-phase power supplies (the single-phase power supply does not have this phenomenon).

5. Always check the surface of the PTFE varnish on the seal for foreign matter or unevenness to ensure the quality of the seal. If it is damaged, it should be replaced in time.

6. Check if the screws in all parts of the machine are loose, and whether the vacuum chamber moves left and right is flexible. The active part and the oil hole should be filled with an appropriate amount of lubricating oil.

7. In case of emergency when the machine is working, press the emergency stop button and the cover can open by itself.

8. After the machine is finished, the main power supply should be cut off.
