Greenhouse greenhouse hose drip irrigation

Hose drip irrigation is a water-saving irrigation technology developed specifically for the production of greenhouse greenhouses. It belongs to local irrigation, which allows the ground to be locally moist, with no accumulation of water and less evaporation of water vapor. It uses double drip irrigation belts and is directly laid on the surface of crops to provide a good environment for crop growth. The following is a description of the new technology of double-pipe drip irrigation as follows:
Irrigation method: drip irrigation is to drip water evenly and slowly into the soil near the root zone of the plant through a dripper attached to the capillary. With the help of the capillary action of the soil, the water infiltrates and diffuses in the soil. The absorption and utilization of plant roots, the soil moisture is always in a non-saturated state, so that the loose soil permeability, conducive to plant growth. The principle of using hose drip irrigation is to dilute less irrigation, one irrigation volume 7--15 cubic meters / mu.
specific method:
First, when filling the water, close the suction valve of the fertiliser, then open the valve to the maximum, and then turn on the pressurized water source to irrigate the water;
Second, when fertilizing water, close the valve and turn on the switch of the fertilizer pipette. Fix the filter at the bottom of the fertilizer solution barrel and turn on the water to fertilize it. After the fertilization is over, the switch on the suction pipe must be closed, and the valve should be opened to continue irrigation so as to flush the residual fertilizer in the pipe.
Precautions
(1) Install a drip irrigation system to ensure that the control area of each section of the main control does not exceed half an acre. At the same time, the ground contact with each hose is smooth to ensure smooth water circulation;
(2) The hole in the drip irrigation belt is usually laid upwards and covered with a plastic film. If it is not covered with a plastic film, the drip irrigation belt hole can be laid down;
(3) When using clean water sources, there should not be more than 0.8 mm of suspended solids in the water, otherwise a net-type filter should be added to purify the water. It is usually not filtered when using tap water and well water;
(d) Beware of scratching, pricking drip tapes or supervisors during installation and field operations;
(5) After fertilization, water should be kept for a period of time to prevent the accumulation of chemical substances in the orifices to block the orifices;
(6) To prevent the accumulation of impurities such as sediment in the pipe and cause blockage, one by one, let go of the drip irrigation belt and the tail of the main pipe and increase the flow rate;
(7) Store the equipment in a cool place after it is replaced.
