How to produce Roche shrimp granule feed

Macrobrachium rosenbergii has been widely used in many provinces and regions in China because of its large size, fast growth, and easy feeding. However, its pelleted feed needs to have a well-balanced nutrient, but also has good water stability. Inland provinces and regions promoted the production of Macrobrachium rosenbergii, feed production has always been a major problem. A process for processing granule feed of Macrobrachium rosenbergii using a common fish pellet feed line is presented for reference.
1. Processing Process Macrobrachium prawn pellet feed production includes the following processes: Raw material cleaning - comminution - batching - mixing - steam conditioning - granulation - dry cooling - packaging
2. Raw material composition The protein content of Macrobrachium rosenbergii should be 30% to 40%. Protein flour and soybean meal in the formula should account for a relatively high proportion; at the same time, it is rich in calcium, phosphorus and other minerals and vitamins, especially the amount of Vc should reach 50O-1000 mg/kg. In addition, the amount of flour or secondary powder in the formula should be above 10%. And should reduce the amount of bran or other raw materials rich in crude fiber.
3. Crushing and batching mills are available with hammer mills. The screen size is preferably 1.0 or 1.2 mm. For the materials that are difficult to crush, the jaw crusher can be used for crushing. After crushing, the raw materials should pass through a 40 mesh sieve. For some small or trace additions such as trace elements, vitamins should be weighed using a platform scale or a coarse balance.
4. Mixing and granulation mixing equipment should use horizontal ribbon mixer, mixing time is 4 - 6 minutes is appropriate. Granulation equipment can be used ring mold granulator, ring-touch aperture shrimp 1.5-2 mm, shrimp 2.5 mm. During granulation, the feed motor speed should be 300 rpm/min., the steam pressure for quenching and tempering should be 0.4 megatons, and the tempering temperature should be 95 degrees. Dry cooling of the particles often uses a vertical cooler, and the cooled pelleted feed can be packaged or produced as long as the granularity is appropriate. It should be pointed out that in some coastal areas, feed mills produce shrimps and specialize in post-curing technology. That is, pelleted feeds are heated after being extruded out of the granulator and then cooled. This will undoubtedly improve Macrobrachium rosenbergii. Water resistance of pelleted feed.
