Coughing and coughing: The sputum is thick and sticky in the throat. Chest tightness and shortness of breath may occur. You can use glutinous rice porridge to help treat coughs and throat snoring; or use orange peel 30 grams Jianzhi juice, to residue, and then add glutinous rice 50 to 100 grams of porridge to drink to control.
