First, rectify the work goal

Through the rectification of health food safety, we will crack down on violations of health foods in accordance with the law, effectively curb irregularities in health foods, standardize the market order of health foods, and effectively safeguard the health and safety of the people.

Second, focus on rectifying work

According to the law, health foods that have been approved for registration but have not been marked with an effective period are subject to comprehensive clean-up and renewal; special labels for health foods, special inspections of the contents of manuals, and special inspections for illegally added drugs for health foods; special inspections of health foods for exaggeration and public lectures, etc. The act of counterfeiting health foods; investigating and prosecuting the production and sale of counterfeit and poor health food products; and investigating and prosecuting common foods for the declaration of specific health care functions.

Third, rectification measures

The provincial-level supervision departments for health foods should focus on organizing special food safety rectification work, take effective measures, increase supervision and inspection, investigate major cases according to law, and improve the market order of health foods.

(1) Completely clean up and replace the health foods that have been approved for registration but have not been marked with expiration date according to law

5. Any suspected crime committed during the rectification of health foods shall be transferred to the public security department.

Fourth, rectification work requirements
