Here's a preliminary summary of the trial we conducted in 1999. 1 Conditions and methods 1.1 Test pool: 22# and 23# shrimp ponds in Qianzhuang Aquatic Products Field, Maanshan City, with the same area of ​​5 mu, rectangular in east-west direction, flat bottom, 15cm thick sludge, and 1.5m deep water retention. 1.5 kW aerator. At the end of the pond, a 3m deep 0.5m deep shrimp pond is excavated to facilitate the shrimp ponds. 1.3 Water source conditions: Adequate water source, fresh water, rich dissolved oxygen, convenient drainage and irrigation. One week before the shrimp enters the pond, it is 50cm in water, and the water level is gradually increased. Each influent water must be filtered with a 60-mesh screen to prevent wild fish and predators from mixing into shrimp ponds. 1.4 Setting up Concealed Species: A row of black seaweed was planted on both sides of the pond and in the middle of the pond to serve as a habitat for M. rosenbergii and clam shell sites. In winter, put some bamboo sticks along the pond for shrimp attachment. 1.5 Research Methods: Large shrimps of Macrobrachium rosenbergii were launched in mid-May and they were caught at the end of August to complete the first culture. In the second half of July, the first-stage holding tanks will be used to cultivate young shrimp seedlings. In early September, the young shrimps of Yuda will be placed in the test pool for secondary feeding and will be sold in April of the next year, so that one year of breeding will be realized. the goal of. 2 Seed stocking 2.1 Macrobrachium rosenbergii seedlings: On May 13th, they were purchased at the Nanjing Special Aquaculture Breeding Center, with a specification of 2.0 cm totaling 150,000 tails and 15,000 acres of seedlings. The shrimps are of neat specifications, robust in physique and complete in limbs. 2.2 Green shrimp seedlings: On July 26th, 1 million larvae of the breeding stock were transferred to two temporary holding ponds. Soymilk and 38% of powdered open material containing crude protein were fed three times a day. After holding for 42 days, the size of the pool reached 2.5cm on September 6th. A total of 300,000 seedlings were raised to the test pool, and 30,000 mu were planted. 2.3 Mixed fish fry: In order to make full use of the water body and adjust the water quality, the test pool has also taken part of the white plover and a small amount of silver larvae. Therefore, it is necessary to supplement new water once every 10 days, each time 15cm, lime water once every 20 days, each dosage of 20kg/mu, adjust the water quality, but should avoid the shell phase. The winter shrimp pond ensures deep winter weather. 3.3 Feeding of bait: The experimental feed is the macrobrachium rosenbergii and green shrimp special material produced by Dajiang Company, containing 32% to 36% of crude protein. Animal feed is the low-value fish provided by this field. In the first month of the shrimp pond, it was distributed at 9am (20%), 3pm (20%) and 7pm (60%) every day. ) Twice. In addition, feed 3 to 5 kg of minced bait fish once a day at 10 am. The specific amount of bait depends on the weather, water quality, water temperature, and shrimp feeding conditions. Water animals, water snakes, frogs, pond herons and other predators should be urged to expel. 4 Production and Benefits 4.1 Macrobrachium rosenbergii: Since August 10, 1999, we have used cages, dip nets, and other tools to catch large and small fish. The experimental pool reached 4195.4 yuan, which was significantly higher than that in the single season. 5.2 Use large seedlings to shorten the growth period of Macrobrachium rosenbergii. At the same time, the use of temporary holding pools to strengthen the cultivation of young shrimps to extend the growth period of the shrimps, so that the two cockroaches are closely linked, no delay, and give full play to the benefits of the pond. 5.3 After the first-stage cultivation of the young shrimps, the secondary feeding specifications have been increased, and the survival rate has been improved compared with the purchased shrimp seedlings. After the autumn, the stocking has reduced the large-scale reproduction of the green shrimp, which can reduce the consumption of feed and increase the commodity rate. 5.4 Rotating Macrobrachium rosenbergii and freshwater prawn in two tiers, adequate food and scientific feeding methods are the keys to high yields.
