The three types of choppers are used as follows: Installation before work: The stationary small forage chopper should be fixed on the foundation or rectangular wood. The distance between the motor and the center of the chopper is 3 to 6 meters. Check and adjustment prior to use Check that the machine is in good condition, that the screws are loose, and that the lubricant is adequate. Also pay attention to check the cutting gap adjustment, the general small shredder gap is 0.2 ~ 0.4 mm, equivalent to the blade gently from the bottom edge over the scratch, but do not touch the scraping; medium-sized shredder gap is 0.5 to 1 mm, large The shredder gap is 1.5 to 2 mm. Start and work first test by hand, then cut off the clutch, start the motor, idle 3 to 5 minutes until the normal operation, then engage the clutch. If the machine is normal, feed it. It is strictly forbidden to clean and adjust the machine when it is not stopped. Staff should also wear tight sleeves to operate. Maintenance and care: The blade should cut 10000 kilograms of forage every time. It should be sharpened once. The non-greased main bearings shall be washed and replaced once every 4 to 5 months; grease shall be added once every day. The gear and cross-groove couplings in the small shredder should be buttered once every 2 hours. Replace the gearbox lubricant regularly.
