The addition of butter in the hub should not be less than adequate. The butter in the hub is always considered to be the best. In fact, this is a waste of butter, and the butter can easily swell the oil seal or paper pad after it is heated and affect the heat dissipation.
Fuel injection rather than small advance. When the injection advance angle is too large, the engine is rapidly accelerated, and when the engine is started or uphill, the engine generates knocking and knocking, which greatly damages the piston connecting rod and increases the starting motor resistance, which seriously affects the service life of the vehicle.
Do not loosen the fastening screws. Locomotives whose parts do not reach the specified torque will loosen. It is not good, but increasing the torque blindly will cause the parts to be fastened to deform, artificially causing the screw to elongate, the thread to deform, and even break.
Open the inspection when repairing the most insurance. Freely dismantling will inevitably destroy the already well-matched state of coordination. If the assembly level is not high, the service life of the parts will be shortened.
Tyre pressure is high and not low. Tyre pressure is too high, too low will affect its service life, but also not conducive to safe driving. The scientific inflation standard should be: based on the standard tire pressure, with the temperature changes, the tire pressure changes slightly. For example, summer should be 5% to 7% lower than winter, taking into account that summer temperatures are high, the gas is heated, and the volume expansion pressure is large; in contrast, the standard air pressure must be reached or slightly lower in winter.
Injector injection pressure is rather high and must not be low. Some repairmen and drivers like to adjust the fuel injector pressure, they like the high and low, and sometimes even higher than the standard pressure. Misconception that the high pressure spray atomization is good. Do you not know that when the fuel injection pressure is too high, the engine is also difficult to start, and there will be a knocking sound when the oil supply time is early in the work. The operation is not stable enough. If the injection pressure is too high, it may cause no fuel injection and it will not start at all. At the same time, it will also aggravate the wear of the plunger and the outlet valve assembly.
