How to calculate the material of laying hens?

The biggest expense for keeping laying hens is feed. To grasp the amount of materials used in each growth period: (1) Before 10 days old chicks, the daily feed material for each chicken is +2 days old. For 8-day-old chicks, the daily consumption per bird is 8+2=10 (g). (2) For 11 to 20-day-old chicks, the daily feed material for each chicken is +1 day old. For example, 14-day-old chicks use 14+1=15 (g) per bird per day. (3) For 21st to 50th day old chicks, the daily feed material for each chicken is the same as the day of the chick. For 25-day-old chicks, the daily feed for each chicken is 25 grams. (4) For chickens aged 51 to 150 days, the daily consumption of each chicken is 50+ (days-50)2. For 100-day-old young chickens, the daily feed for each chicken is 50+(100-50)2=75 (g). (5) For broilers aged 150 days or more, the daily consumption of each chicken can be stabilized at more than 100 grams. According to the above calculation method, one hen can accumulatively consume 8.84 kilograms at the age of 150 days, and the laying hens can use 36.5 kilograms per year, which can basically meet the needs of egg production and avoid waste at the same time.

The working process is : when seed flow into vibration deck/sieve, with the combined work of vibration and air blowing, the heavier materials and lighter materials will separate in different layers and discharge from different outlet.

The Air Suction type we have TQSF series destoner and QSX-85 Destoner. They are often used for small granule materials, such as wheat, maize, cumin, paddy etc. their air volume is small, so when processing beans, results not much good.

1. How about payment terms?

Usually is 30%TT in advance, balance 70%TT before shipment. We also accept L/C at sight, Paypal, West Union, Money Gram etc.

3. How about packaging?

We will pack machine into plywood box if ship by LCL. If ship by FCL, we will coat machine with plastic film and fixed well by belt fastener, strong iron wire and steel wedge etc.

4. Is there any warranty?

Warranty is 1 year.

5. Installation and commission?

We can send engineer to help installation and commissioning, but you should pay for visa, air tickets, salary and arrange food and hotel when our engineer in your country.
