The main technical measures are summarized as follows:

1. Pond conditions and choices. The test ponds are flush with the edges and can be used to automatically receive water from the tide of the Pearl River mouth. The water depth is maintained at 1.7m or more, and a 2.2-kilowatt impeller-type aerator is provided in the pool. 10 days before the release of the fish species, Qingchao was sprayed with tea bran 30-40 kg/mu.

2. Fish stocking and matching. The fish stocking principle was “high-density, large-scale, and early spring competition”. At the end of March, the water temperature began to pick up, and the stocks of winter-feeding fish were quickly stocked. A total of 5,500 Ao tilapia fish stocks were stocked at a rate of 142 g and 7,000 Ao tilapia fishes at 93 g. 60 g of freshwater oysters, 800 tails, 120 g of salmon, 180 squid, 36 g of Baihuaqing, and 100 g of 10 g of squid, and the fish once put enough, with an average density of 4,600 tails/mu.

3. Feeding management.

(l) Cluster domestication. The conditioned reflex signals of fish feeding were established by sound. After a certain degree of domestication, the fish began to gather food on the cluster and set up a fixed food field within 20 meters of Shangtoutoutang.

(2) Feeding. The starting temperature for the growth of A. tilapia was 16°C, and the fishes were fed on the second day of the pond, so that they could start early feeding, early feeding, and late feeding, extending the growth period of the fish. In the feeding process, we insist on hand-spreading, with the principle of “slow, fast, slow, less, more, and less”, properly expand the feeding range, ensure that fish can feed the feed, and feed twice a day, 9:00-10:00 am 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM.

(3) Daily feed amount. The amount of feed is appropriately increased or decreased according to changes in water temperature, weather conditions and the predation of fish. Generally, in March, the water temperature is low, and the daily feed amount accounts for 2% of the fish's body weight. From April to June, the water temperature is most suitable for fish growth. The amount of feed accounts for 6% of the fish's body weight. From July to September, during the high temperature season, the daily feed amount accounts for 4% of the fish's body weight. It maintains fish populations becoming full, with hunger and appetite craving; from October to December, autumn cool, the water temperature drops, The feed amount is 5% of the fish's body weight.

(4) Fish disease control. Adhere to the principle of "prevention from the main, prevention from both sides". Before stocking, fingerlings are soaked with 30ppm potassium permanganate solution for 15 minutes to disinfect the fish. From April to September, it is a fish disease-prone season. (5) Water quality and dissolved oxygen. The pond can make use of the tide of the Pearl River Estuary. Small water changes are performed every day, and two large tides are changed every month. In April-September, use an aerator to increase dissolved oxygen, normal weather, 4:00-8:00 in the morning; sultry or weather changes, start at 8:00 in the morning at 7:00 in the morning.

4. Fishing listing. According to the large-scale and high-priced market characteristics of Ao tilapia, we have controlled the market size of A. tilapia at 0.46-0.75 kg/a, and achieved better economic benefits.
