Recently, the fine dairy farming technology system under the leadership of Professor Wang Zhonghua from Shandong Agricultural University has been promoted and applied in production, effectively solving the key technical issues that restrict the raising of dairy cows' raising efficiency. The expert appraisal believes that the overall research on the “research and application of dairy cattle fine breeding technology system†has reached the international advanced level.
The project was funded by the national “863†plan and special funds for the public welfare industry of the Ministry of Agriculture. At present, China's dairy cattle rearing management technology is outdated, it is easy to bring about problems such as low conception rate, high incidence rate, low utilization efficiency of dietary protein, and large loss of milk production, which seriously restricts the efficiency of dairy cow breeding.
In the study, researchers conducted feed nutrient value assessment, feed nutrient quantification management, efficient conversion of dietary protein, nutrient regulation of milk components, requirements for major water-soluble vitamins, over-the-counter coating, digital culture, and quality control of raw milk on-line. New technologies such as research have established a new system for modern dairy cow raising technology in China. Research and development of a digital cow farming system and a handheld cow feed data query machine with independent intellectual property rights.
It is understood that the dairy cattle fine-breeding technology has been comprehensively demonstrated and promoted at 12 core demonstration sites. The average yield of adult cows before and after the demonstration has increased by 520 kilograms. The highest yield of dairy farms, adult cows corrected milk production reached 9,200 kg in 305 days. Dairy fine breeding technology has been promoted and applied in 74 dairy farms across the province, and the scale has been promoted to 34,000.
