The reason is as follows: The bearing in the gearbox is turbulent, damaged, or the loosening nut on the shaft end causes the spline shaft to produce axial turbulence during operation, resulting in uncoupling.
Remedy: Replace the bearing and related parts while tightening the gearbox shaft retaining nut.
The second reason is that the change in the wear and deformation of the lower fork of the gear lever or the improper adjustment of the operating mechanism causes the stroke of the fork shaft to reduce when the gear is shifted.
Remedy: Adjust the shift lever and its pull rods and other operating mechanisms to make the stroke of the shift fork meet the requirements. If the gear head or fork is worn badly, replace it with a new one.
The reason is as follows: The locking spring is reduced in elasticity or broken. The wear of the fork shaft, the positioning groove or the steel ball causes the failure of the locking mechanism to cause the gear to be disengaged. Remedy: Check that the lock spring, fork shaft, positioning ball and other accessories are replaced when necessary.
Cause four: The gear face wears heavily into a wedge shape and generates axial thrust to automatically disengage during operation. This situation should be replaced with new gears.
