Yunzhi Cultivation Technology

Yunzhi is cold, slightly sweet, with heat and anti-inflammatory effects. Modern medicine studies have shown that polysaccharides extracted from fruit bodies, mycelium, and fermentation broth of Yunzhi have a strong anti-cancer activity, and have become an anti-malignant drug in Japan. In addition to hepatitis, it has also been used for the prevention and treatment of liver cancer and has achieved satisfactory results. It has good curative effect on chronic bronchitis and chronic active hepatitis. China has developed a "cloudy liver peptide" and other preparations for clinical use. Yunzhi is rich in wild resources, and artificial cultivation is also easy to succeed. Artificial cultivation can be carried out according to the needs of the market. First, the growth conditions 1. Temperature: Mycelium has strong adaptability, and can grow at 3~31°C, and the optimum temperature is 25~28°C. The optimum growth temperature of fruiting body is 25~30°C. 2. Humidity: Section wood cultivation, moisture content of 42% to 47%; bag cultivation, the culture material moisture content of about 60%. When the fruiting body occurs, the relative humidity of the air is required to be 85% to 90%, less than 80% or higher than 95%, and both have poor growth. 3. Air: Yunzhi is an aerobic fungus. In a well-ventilated environment, mycelium grows rapidly and the fruit body develops robustly. 4. Illumination: No light is required for the growth of mycelium, and the fruit body needs to be stimulated by scattered light. At the same time, the fruit body has the characteristic of light growth. 5. pH: Hi acidic environment, pH 4 ~ 5.6 grow well. Second, bag cultivation 1. Medium formulation: 78% of wood chips, 20% of bran, 1% of sugar, and 1% of gypsum powder. 2. Mixing: Prepare the material according to the culture medium formula, add water and mix well, the water content is appropriate to about 60%, pH6. 3. Bagging sterilization: After the culture materials are prepared, they are bagged as soon as possible, and are packed in polypropylene or polyethylene bags of 1555 cm or 1730 to 38 cm in thickness and 4 m in diameter, and tie the bag mouth or put on plastic collars. cover. After sterilizing at a normal pressure of 100°C for 10 hours or at a high pressure of 0.137 MPa for 1.5 hours, the cooling chamber or inoculation chamber is allowed to cool, and then inoculated aseptically. 4. Inoculation culture: The inoculated bacteria bags are placed on the culture chamber shelf or ground wall stack culture. Temperature control is about 27°C, air relative humidity is 70% or less, shading culture. About 4 days later, the germination of the mycelium was observed, and the bacterial bags contaminated with the bacteria were removed. After about 30 days of cultivation, white thick mycelium can grow over the entire bag. 5. Shiba Management: When the bag has a primordial protuberance, the bag is placed flat on the shelf and the distance between the bags is about 15 cm. The tampon or plastic cover is removed. At the same time, draw an intersection on the bag, the method is similar to the cultivation of fungus. It is also possible to lay a layer of sand or sandy loam about 6cm above the bedstead, remove the bacteria film, and place the fungus tube on sand or sandy loam. One third of the tube is buried in the sand and the distance between the tubes is about 10 cm. It can also be placed on a bacterial scaffold under an outdoor bacterial shed. After the emission is good, the required temperature is 25 to 28°C, the relative humidity of the air is increased (85% to 90% is appropriate), and the diffuse light and ventilation are appropriately increased to cause the fruit body to occur. The management method after the occurrence of fruiting bodies is similar to that of Ganoderma lucidum bags. Under normal circumstances, Yunzhi can harvest 1 to 2 batches.
