Sample Preparation: Weigh a certain amount of food sample into a dedicated digestion tube of the two-stage digestion apparatus, add 5 mL of nitric acid, and insert the digestion tube into the well of the digestion apparatus. Open the lower layer heating switch of the digestion device, set the heating temperature between 150~200 °C, and carry out sample digestion; after the sample digestion is complete (the solution is clear), open the upper layer heating switch of the digestion device, set the heating temperature to be between 100~200 °C, Remove the acid until a small amount of yellow transparent sample solution is left. After cooling, transfer to a 25 mL volumetric flask and bring up to volume. At the same time, do a blank sample experiment.
