1, remove the air filter oil pan, remove the filter element, clean the filter element with clean diesel oil and blow it clean with compressed air. If the oil in the oil pan becomes dirty, it must be replaced with the core oil.
2. Check the tightening degree of the fan tape. Push the tape with your thumb. The amount of the tape should be 10-20mm. If it does not meet the requirements, you need to adjust the fastening bolts above the generator.
3, wipe the battery, clear ventilation holes, remove pole oxides, check the electrolyte level, add distilled water when insufficient;
4, check, adjust the valve clearance. Clutch release lever and release bearing end clearance;
5. Use grease to lubricate the lubrication points of various parts of the machine (such as: water pump, clutch, slide sleeve, etc.);
6. Check the sealing of the oil seals everywhere;
7. Check the tread of the tire and replace the wheels of the entire vehicle.
