New breed wild boar come out

It was learned from the Yangtze University that the College of Animal Sciences of the school has cultivated a new line of wild boar.

The research project was nurtured by a research team led by Professor Cheng Zexin of the institute. Since 2001, the research team has used wild boar and black pigs from Hubei Province as its parents. After six years of cultivation, the research team finally succeeded.

Professor Cheng Zexin introduced that the strain has strong reproductive power (average 11 litters per litter), high growth rate (100 days weight can reach 100 kg), and excellent meat quality (above 56% lean) and other obvious advantages.

Animal husbandry experts said that the new boar species not only broke through the limitations of low fertility and slow growth of wild boar, but also overcome the shortcomings of poor pork quality and weak disease resistance of modern pigs.

Cheng Zexin said that in the next stage, the excellent wild boar individuals cultivated will be used as the basis for purebred breeding. After 4-6 generations, a new breed of pigs with a size of 500 will be formed.

Broccoli may help us solve our vitamin D deficiency epidemic. When large supplemental doses of vitamin D are needed to offset deficiency, ample supplies of vitamin K and vitamin A help keep our vitamin D metabolism in balance. Broccoli has an unusually strong combination of both vitamin A (in the form of beta-carotene) and vitamin K. For people faced with the need to rebuild vitamin D stores through vitamin D supplements, broccoli may be an ideal food to include in the diet. Our company can provide you with natural and healthy Frozen Broccoli.
