Pond culture technology for large yellow croaker

Yellow croaker is commonly known as yellow croaker and is a valuable economic fish in the coastal waters of China. Because of overfishing, natural resources have severely declined. In order to protect and develop this precious resource, Chinese fishery scientists and technicians have made great efforts to carry out experiments on breeding and breeding of natural large yellow croaker. Now it has been successful and has been gradually promoted. The large yellow croaker pond culture technology is introduced as follows:
1. Pond choice. Ponds cultured with large yellow croaker require an average water depth of more than 3 meters. The conditions for changing the water are better. In each of the 15 days of the tide, more than 12 days are required to change the water. The size of the pond should be 15 mu. Ponds must be cleared and sterilized before stocking. In order to prevent the water level from falling due to the leakage of the pond, or to cause the deterioration of the water quality due to the inability to change the water during the small tidal period, a pumping device of a corresponding size and power is required.
2. Fish species specifications. In order to avoid deterioration of the sediment quality of the pond due to excessively long breeding cycles, the fish species to be put in should have a large size of about 100 grams, and the specifications should be neat, so that they all meet the commodity specifications in the current year and be listed in the same year. The stocking density of large yellow croaker is related to the size of the fish species, the depth of the pond, and the water exchange conditions. For ponds with good water-changing conditions and a depth of about 3 meters, an average of 450 species of fish can be placed on an acre basis, and 600 species of fish species can be weighed for about 50 grams. Density is too high to affect growth, and too small to affect fish feeding. In order to clear the bottom of the sinking bait and drive the yellow croaker to grab food, a small amount of ground fish such as true quail and shrimps and crabs can be mixed.
3. Pond feeds are formulated and fed. In order to prevent the breakage of feed and affect the quality of water and sediment, frozen fish feed thawed, washed, drained, and then cut into pieces of meat as well. If the meat is chopped, it should be re-fed with powdered compound feed to form a dough with strong viscosity and less moisture content. It is forbidden to feed spoiled shrimp. The pond feeding is best fixed in the place of the outlet so that the bait can be discharged out of the pool. Feeding is slower and takes longer. If no fish are caught up or eaten, or if they do not hear the cry of feeding in the water, they should not be cast again.
4. Ponds develop daily management. Change the water every day, when the water quality is good, once a day, otherwise twice. In the hot season, it is best to change the water in the evening. After the heavy rainstorm, the surface freshwater should be discharged first, and then when the tide level in the sea area is high, water will be added again. Sprinkle lime water regularly (every 10 days) to improve water quality. To adhere to the early, middle, and evening patrols, especially in the hot season, when small changes in tides are difficult, special attention should be paid to the work of patrolling the ponds at night and in the early morning. Observe the conditions of the fish carefully and take timely measures to find out the problems.
